This 10TPD palm oil fractionation palnt was set up for one of our former client who has purchased a 10TPD Coconut Oil Refining Line from our company in 2013. After the installation and operation, the profits are good. Although the project was finished, we still maintained communication and contact with him and paid attention to the running of the refining production line. Two years later, he consulted us about palm oil refinery and fractionation equipment since he wanted to tend to palm oil due to increasing palm oil demands in local market. Because his original edible oil refinery machine was provided and installed by us, we are very familiar with his factory and local conditions. Moreover, the refining of coconut oil and palm oil is similar, so in order to saving cost and optimize oil refining results, we recommend 10TPD palm oil fractionation plant for him. The palm oil fractionation method is dry extraction of palm oil. The whole process adopts fully automatic PLC control to control the crystallization process of palm oil by controlling the temperature of the cooling water in the crystallization tank coil or jacket in the process. The control of the cooling water temperature is performed by a temperature sensor, a PLC-based temperature controller, and a control valve with a positioner. From the computer display interface, the temperature profile of the predetermined cooling water and the crystallization temperature curve of the palm oil can be visually observed, thereby ensuring a smooth and steady curve and obtaining an ideal crystallization curve.
